One downside was lack of grass maintenance.  For being an outdoor place with a draw being obviously a fire pit, the property had been unmowed for at least 2 weeks which created 8 inch grass to walk through getting to the fire pit, for 2 young kids that was a lot higher and ticks were a concern.<br/>Manager did reach back out but only to basically say it wasn’t going to be taken care of in a nice way.  But appreciate the fast responses.<br/>Overall would recommend." (8/5)
