It was farther from Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park than we thought (an hour to Traverse City and a little longer to Sleeping Bear Dunes), but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our days or the scenic drives to get there! The proximity to Torch Lake was absolutely perfect - we enjoyed our boating day on the lake from here so much! We panicked a little not having the code to get in until 30 minutes after our check-in time, but Sue was very responsive and always helpful when we had any questions during our stay. My husband golfed Hawk’s Eye and my daughter and I were able to meet him out back when he got to hole 6 and watch from the backyard which was so fun! The course was absolutely beautiful as well!
