The location was ideal and included a pass to a private beach that we all enjoyed. There was a binder that included lots of great recommendations. This would have been a five star review for us except for the abrasive interactions with the owner/property manager at 10:00pm on Friday night due to an error on their part. Our dog was a part of the reservation, and we had paid the pet fee. If they had apologized for their error and poor communication with the same intensively that they scolded us for, again it could have been overlooked, and we could have moved on, but being threatened to be asked to leave because of an error they made was really rude and an unnecessary way to communicate."
