Like so many people who discover Northern Michigan, I fell in love with the small-town charm, welcoming community, beautiful lakes, golf courses, trails, and the way every season brings something completely different to enjoy. There is something special about this area, and I love being able to share it with others. With a background in real estate and sales, I saw an opportunity to combine my experience with my love for Northern Michigan and create a property management company that does things a little differently. That’s how Bellaire Property Management began. What started with a passion for helping property owners has grown into a local, hands-on vacation rental management company focused on two things: taking exceptional care of our owners' properties and creating memorable stays for our guests. I understand that a vacation rental is more than a listing. For many owners, it’s an investment, a second home, or a place filled with memories of their own. That’s why I believe property management should be about much more than collecting reservations. It’s about thoughtful marketing, smart pricing, dependable housekeeping, responsive guest communication, attention to the little details, and having someone local who is looking out for your property.
