Shanty Creek Resort - Hawk’s Eye Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The property is exceptionally well-maintained, with thoughtful details throughout that made our family feel right at home.<br/>The house itself is stunning, situated right on the golf course and nicely secluded from neighbors for plenty of privacy. The location is ideal— an easy drive to town, perfectly positioned between Mackinac Island and Traverse City, and just a short trip to Torch Lake (which is an absolute must-do— the water is incredible!).<br/>Inside, the open kitchen and large kitchen table were perfect for family gatherings and meals. The basement was thoughtfully set up for entertainment, which was a huge hit with the kids. We also loved the grill on the back deck and the bonfire pit— both were wonderful bonuses for relaxing evenings outdoors.<br/>Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’d highly recommend this property and would definitely book again on our next trip to the area!<br/>Thank you for hosting us!
