Schuss Mountain Condo | Ski, Golf & Fireplace

Your Northern Michigan getaway is ready for fall color, ski weekends, golf trips, and cozy escapes!

Set directly along the fairways of Schuss Mountain Golf Course at Shanty Creek, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo puts you in the heart of one of Bellaire’s best four-season destinations.

Wake up to beautiful golf course and hillside views, sip your morning coffee from the private balcony, then head out to explore everything Northern Michigan has to offer. When the snow arrives, Schuss Mountain skiing is just minutes away, making this an especially convenient home base for winter getaways.

After a day of golfing, skiing, hiking, or exploring Bellaire, come home and relax by the gas fireplace, settle in for a movie, or enjoy a drink on the balcony overlooking the course.

With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a comfortable living space, full kitchen, and beautiful views, this condo is a great choice for couples, families, golf trips, ski weekends, and year-round Northern Michigan escapes.

Downtown Bellaire, Short’s Brewing Company, Lake Bellaire, Torch Lake and some of the area’s best golf, skiing, dining and outdoor recreation are all within easy reach.

Step inside and settle into a comfortable, welcoming condo designed for relaxing after a day of Northern Michigan adventure.

The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and large windows overlooking the golf course and surrounding hills. In fall, enjoy the changing colors across the resort; in winter, watch the landscape transform into a snowy Up North retreat.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home and includes modern appliances, cookware, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker with starter coffee supplies. Gather around the dining table for breakfast before hitting the slopes, dinner after a day on the golf course, or a relaxed game night at home.

One of the highlights of the condo is the private furnished balcony overlooking the golf course. Start the morning with coffee and fresh Northern Michigan air, enjoy an afternoon drink after golf, or simply unwind and take in the peaceful resort setting.
